Elegance in the line. Hatco introduces stylish, new Buffet Warmers

Serv-Rite Buffet Warmers are perfect for use in upscale buffet lines and as hors d”oeuvre displays for self-serve areas. These unique elliptical buffet warmers feature a thermostatically controlled heated base, durable stainless steel construction, and sturdy aluminum extrusion.

The SRB-1 and SRBW-1 models come with a standard full-size pan. Accessory pans are available. The two models also offer a Carving Station Pan: a removable spiked, perforated insert and juice collection tray. SRG-1 and SRGBW-1 models feature food-safe heated black glass allowing food to be placed directly on the unit or within serving vessels.

Both model SRBW-1 and SRGBW-1 have a gantry with top light and halogen heat along with glass sneeze guards. The heat is variably controlled from a base-mounted dimmer switch. All units come with a 6-foot (1829 mm) cord and plug.

Serving up sophisticated style. Hatco announces Heated Black Glass Shelves

Hatco”s new Heated Black Glass Shelves add a sophisticated look to any buffet line or hors d”oeuvre display. They are ideal for high-end restaurants, hotels, casinos, and arena/stadium skyboxes. Customers will appreciate the touch of style and the attractive, full-view presentation of the food.

The heated surface is black ceramic glass, approved for food contact. Food can be placed directly on the unit without need of plates or other serving vessels. The free-standing model HBG and the built-in model HBGB safely hold a variety of food products within a temperature range of 100°F to 200°F (38°C to 93°C).

Models are available in widths of 24, 30, 36, 48, 60, and 72 inches (610, 762, 914, 1219, 1524, and 1829 mm) with an 18-inch (457 mm) depth. All units operate on standard 120 volt/15 amp service and feature a lighted on/off rocker switch. The portable unit comes with a 6-foot (1829 mm) cord and standard plug. Available accessories include handles for easy transport of portable units and recessed trim rings for built-in models; both available in stainless steel (standard) or Designer Black. Built-in units also offer an optional flush mount control box.

More Power to you! Hatco's New Max Watt Foodwarmers

Hatco has introduced new max watt foodwarmers to its popular Glo-Ray® line. Providing the industry with even more options for holding hot foods, the new models offer 25 percent more wattage, allowing for optimal food holding temperatures. They are a perfect fit for restaurants, fast food chains, schools, health care facilities, cafes — all operations that require food holding.

These new units use a pattern of pre-focused heat to limit heat loss at the edges. Holding times are longer while product remains fresh, without cooking, drying, or discoloration. The end result: Food with that —“just prepared” look and taste.

The model GRAM features a single-unit heating element; model GRAM-D, a dual. For attractive product display, models GRAML and GRAML-D come with a 60W incandescent light (standard) or optional halogen lights.

Max watt foodwarmers are built of rugged extruded aluminum with a fully insulated core. The infrared heating elements are sheathed in heavy-duty metal and recessed, making cleaning easier.

Available options include an electronic infinite control with relay, with recommended remote, and remote control enclosure.
