Flav-R-Savor® Heated Air Curtain Cabinet (FS2HAC-30)
The patented Hatco Flav-R-Savor® Heated Air Curtain effectively and safely holds hot food hot without the use of doors, allowing immediate access to product.
- Patented air baffle and duct design creates consistent temperature and peak product holding in every pan - without the use of doors!
- Ideal for holding a wide variety of fried foods with a holding temperature of approximately 80° to 200° F (27° to 93° C)
- Digital display set point controller for clear and precise temperature setting
- Rack accommodates 12, third-size high-heat pans (2½" depth) OR 4, third-size high-heat pans on top with 4, third-size high-heat pans (6" depth) on bottom
