foods at optimum serving temperatures for hours. The thermostatically controlled heat
and humidity allows food to be prepared in advance of peak serving periods.

The Hatco Flav-R-Savor® Portable Holding Cabinet is capable of holding all types of hot foods at optimum serving temperatures. Thermostatically controlled heat and humidity allows you to prepare food in advance of peak periods and hold it for hours.
- Accommodates seven food pans or sheet pans on 3" (76 mm) centers.
- Electrical components, controls, and water reservoir are located at the top for easy access.
- Adjustable humidity and temperature controls, insulated side walls, large swivel 3" (76 mm) diameter casters with wheel locks are standard.
