Edward Nunn has 16 years experience in the US and Canadian foodservice equipment industry.

The last eleven years have been dedicated to induction technology - guiding product development to best suit particular applications and heading up the subsequent sales and marketing efforts. He has acquired an extensive knowledge of the subject, and can advise on how best to apply induction technology, its unique characteristics, its limitations and how all the competing equipment performs relatively.

In February, Edward joined the Hatco team to help steer their entry into world of induction. Edward is thrilled to be part of such a great company and is proud of the first products released over the summer.
