1 kg beef tenderloin |
¼ cauliflower |
1 broccoli |
3 firm-fleshed potatoes |
2 turnips |
1 small cucumber |
1 carrot |
1 tbsp. olive oil |
Salt of Guerande |
Ground black pepper |
Instructions:
- Peel the vegetables and dice them. Keep only the tops of cauliflower and broccoli.
- Put vegetables on aluminum foil. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Fold the edges of the aluminum foil to make a packet.
- Place the foil on the griddle and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Check the cooking by gently opening.
- Cut the beef into cubes. Sear on the griddle for 5 minutes, turning frequently. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the beef with the vegetables and enjoy your meal!
Advice: You can add thyme and bay leaves to the vegetables while cooking in the foil for more flavor.
