3 duck breasts |
12 slices of chorizo |
12 sprigs fresh thyme |

Instructions:
- Cut your breasts in 2, then each half into 4 equal pieces.
- Heat the griddle to 536°F (280°C) and put the duck on, skin side.
- Cook until the fat melts and browns the skin well.
- Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Remove the duck off the griddle and wrap with the chorizo pricked with the sprigs of fresh thyme.
- Keep cooking during 1 minute, until the chorizo is cooked properly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
Advice: This dish can be accompanied by polenta with black olives and preserved tomatoes.
