Lamb Chops Preparation

Ingredients
8 to 12 lamb chops
1 onion
Salt & pepper
Olive oil

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat your griddle to 464°F (240°C).
  • Peel and cut the onion into strips.
  • Pour a little of olive oil then place the lamb chops on your griddle. Add onion slices.
  • Cook 2 to 4 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the meat.
  • Season at the end of the cooking.
