8 to 12 lamb chops |
1 onion |
Salt & pepper |
Olive oil |
Instructions:
- Preheat your griddle to 464°F (240°C).
- Peel and cut the onion into strips.
- Pour a little of olive oil then place the lamb chops on your griddle. Add onion slices.
- Cook 2 to 4 minutes on each side depending on the thickness of the meat.
- Season at the end of the cooking.
