|24 big langoustines|
|24 smoked bacon slices, thin|
- Rinse the langoustines in fresh, cool water. To open them, stick the knife on the head side at eye level and cut to the tail. Open them, but do not separate into 2 pieces.
- Cook on the griddle, shell side down, for 4 minutes. Add pepper.
- Place a slice of bacon on the langoustine meat. Turn them gently with a spatula and cook for 4 minutes.
