|200 g squid|
|350 g raw shrimp|
|250 g yellow pollack fillets (or white fish with firm flesh)|
|250 g scallops|
|1 fennel bulb|
|2 Roscoff onions|
|3 garlic cloves|
|2 handfuls of baby spinach|
|2 tbsp. olive oil|
|Salt of Guerande|
|Ground black pepper|
- Preheat your griddle to 320°F (160°C).
- Pour a dash of olive oil and put your scallops and prawns on your griddle plate.
- Season after 3-4 minutes of cooking.
- Let them cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
