200 g squid |
350 g raw shrimp |
250 g yellow pollack fillets (or white fish with firm flesh) |
250 g scallops |
1 fennel bulb |
1 lime |
2 Roscoff onions |
3 garlic cloves |
2 handfuls of baby spinach |
2 tbsp. olive oil |
Salt of Guerande |
Ground black pepper |
Instructions:
- Preheat your griddle to 320°F (160°C).
- Pour a dash of olive oil and put your scallops and prawns on your griddle plate.
- Season after 3-4 minutes of cooking.
- Let them cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
