Sweet Crepes Preparation

Ingredients
500 g wheat flour
200 g sugar
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
50 g melted butter
1 liter semi-skimmed milk

 

Instructions:

  • Put the sugar, melted butter, rock salt and eggs into a bowl.
  • Beat the mixture and gradually add the wheat flour and half a glass of milk. You should obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.
  • Add the rest of the milk.
  • Leave to stand for about an hour before cooking.
