|500 g wheat flour|
|200 g sugar|
|Pinch of salt|
|50 g melted butter|
|1 liter semi-skimmed milk|
- Put the sugar, melted butter, rock salt and eggs into a bowl.
- Beat the mixture and gradually add the wheat flour and half a glass of milk. You should obtain a smooth batter with no lumps.
- Add the rest of the milk.
- Leave to stand for about an hour before cooking.
