Hatco Corporation Secures Exclusive Agreement to Accelerate Commercialization of INVZBL

Hatco Corporation Secures Exclusive Agreement to Accelerate Commercialization of INVZBL
6/1/2021

INVZBL B3 UV-C CabinetMilwaukee, WI – June 1, 2021 – Hatco® Corporation is proud to announce that it is the exclusive manufacturer of the INVZBL UV-C disinfection cabinets. INVZBL’s technology offers education, enterprise, government, healthcare, and hospitality industries the highest capacity, rapid UV-C disinfection services for devices and high-touch items, such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

INVZBL's Z13 and B3 models kill 99.9% of bacteria, germs, and infectious pathogens – such as Candida, E. Coli, and SARS-CoV-2 – in three minutes. The Z13 can safely disinfect up to 100 or more phones, 50 or more tablets, and 20 or more laptops and sits on four casters for ease of mobility. The B3 model is roughly 40 percent the size of the Z13 and can either be placed on a workspace or used on a cart.

In laboratory testing, INVZBL Z13 and B3 models were analyzed to determine their efficacy in reducing Coronavirus (COVID-19 – 99.9%) and five challenge organisms on objects such as a laptop, cellphone, tablet, and a mask. Results showed:

  • Escherichia coli ATCC 8739: 3 minutes – 99.999% reduction
  • Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538: 3 minutes – 99.999% reduction
  • Clostridium perfringens ATCC 12915: 3 minutes – 99.999% reduction
  • Candida albicans ATCC 10231: 3 minutes – 99.999% reduction
  • Aspergillus brasiliensis ATCC 16404: 3 minutes – 99.999% reduction

INVZBL models contain bulbs that operate at 254 nanometers, which is not safe for human exposure. Therefore, each unit has automatic shut-off capabilities when opened during a three-minute disinfection cycle. Additionally, INVZBL models are UL listed and have pass UL UV-C leakage testing.

The company’s industry-leading, proprietary technology is available commercially to a range of businesses in the education, enterprise, government, healthcare, and hospitality industries.
