Hatco Programmable 6-Burner Countertop Induction Range Earns Prestigious 2026 Kitchen Innovations Award
MILWAUKEE – April 2026 – Hatco® is honored to have been named a recipient of the 2026 Kitchen Innovations (KI) Award for its Programmable 6-Burner Countertop Induction Range. The award-winning solution will be featured in the Kitchen Innovations Showroom at this year’s National Restaurant Association Show, from May 16-19, at McCormick Place in Chicago.
The KI Awards, established in 2005, recognize equipment and technologies that improve efficiency, safety, and performance in the foodservice industry.
Induction cooking combines the benefits of instant power response with precise control. This enables the addition of programmed recipes, ensuring consistent quality and reducing cook training and skill requirements. The Programmable 6-Burner Countertop Induction Range offers programmable, multi-stage cooking with up to six stages per program, based on time, power level, or temperature. The unit stores up to eight recipes, each accessible across all six burners once loaded, while each burner operates independently with its own control knob and digital display, enabling simultaneous cooking across multiple burners with consistent execution at each position.
Only Hatco offers a 6-burner induction range with programmability. This feature will improve food quality and consistency and free up cooks’ time.
