Simplicity and Power Are Yours with the Boxer® Induction Range

Milwaukee, WI (Jan. 8, 2020) – Hatco® Corporation is adding the Boxer® Countertop Induction Range to its extensive induction line for operators who want a no frills, but still powerful, induction unit. 

With heavy gauge stainless steel housing and side impact protection, the Boxer is built to handle the rigors and performance of commercial foodservice use. Though the Magnetic Power System (MPS) delivers the highest power possible, this induction range is simple to operate. Using a large control knob that is adaptive and adjusts to user input, the display instantly advises the operator of precise power, temperature and time control. 

The black glass-ceramic top is durable, easy to clean and fully sealed with conformal-coated boards for extra protection against grease and moisture. Other standard features of the IRNG-BXC1 models include: an energy-saving automatic shut-off to prevent overheating; a compatible pan detection; and an ultra-quiet cooling fan, making the unit suitable for front-of-the-house use.
