MILWAUKEE – April 2025 – Hatco® continues to elevate the convenience and efficiency of foodservice operations with the launch of the Flav-R 2-Go® Built-In Outdoor Locker System, a powerful solution designed to streamline order pickups, improve staff workflow, and enhance the customer experience – all while eliminating the need for customers to step inside.
With separate lockers for back-of-the-house loading and front-of-building retrieval, foodservice operators can maintain smooth, efficient operations while ensuring a fast, secure, and contactless experience for customers.
Key Features:
- Dual-Sided Access: Separate front (customer side) and back (operator side) units are sold separately for flexible pricing and installation. Designed to seamlessly connect, they enable fast, contactless handoffs that reduce foot traffic and speed up service.
- Flexible Configurations: Available in 7- or 11-cubby layouts to meet volume and space requirements.
- Optimized Food Holding: Ambient holding is standard. Optional heated operation is available for F2GBOB (operator side) models and includes individual thermostatic controls per cubby, maintaining temperatures from ambient up to 200°F (93°C).
- Outdoor-Ready Design: F2GBOF (customer side) models are built to withstand extreme outdoor elements, with insulated stainless steel doors and an outdoor-rated touchscreen featuring a brighter display, thicker glass, and anti-glare film for visibility in any condition.
- Customizable Connectivity: Simplify the pickup process and enhance order accuracy with your choice of manual code entry, Wi-Fi connection, or full POS integration via API.
The Flav-R 2-Go Built-In Outdoor Locker System is designed to meet the unique needs of high-volume foodservice operations, including convenience stores, colleges and universities, delis, ghost kitchens, hospitality venues, and quick service restaurants. Models are available in 120V.
