Milwaukee, WI – May 19, 2022 – Hatco® Corporation’s Plate Warmer is an ideal solution for serving stations to hold easily accessible pre-heated serving plates, as serving hot food on pre-heated plates helps extend the holding times of most foods. 

The plate warmer’s convenient doorless, open design utilizes a heated air curtain system and allows for easy retrieval, loading and cleaning.  

The warmer can hold 25 plates up to 12' (305 mm) in diameter and features a power On/Off switch, a covered digital temperature control with an adjustable range of 104°F to 122°F (40°C to 50°C), and energy efficient LED lighting that illuminates the interior from the top. 

The plate warmers have the ability to be daisy-chained with up to three units to hold multiple stacks of plates. Models are available as countertop, built-in or wall-mounted to fit any operation’s needs and space and are available in standard Stainless Steel or optional Designer Black to match the décor.
